We founded Sublime Creations with one goal in mind: giving our clients delicious meals with an out of this world customer experience. We conduct business according to these values, knowing that delicious food & great service equals a loyal client. PLACING A FOOD ORDER

Sublime Creations prepares and sells perishable Items & Meals. There is no refunds on delivered meals due to shelf life. However, if you have an issue with any of your meals, please reach out to us ASAP with the issue and provide a picture of the problem if necessary. One of our team members will get back to you within 24 hours to help resolve any and all issues.  Your satisfaction with your order is always our priority.

RECEIVING DELIVERY

Sublime Creations delivery feature allows you to select the time for our Sunday arrival. If you're not around when our driver arrives, they'll leave your order at the door. We have a GPS tracking system and send a text so you're always up to date! By placing your order you agree to take full responsibility for it once it's delivered. If you experience any issues within your delivery window, please reach out to us within an hour of your latest time window so we can best serve you to resolve any issue
